Security

Master at Arms will strive to fulfill our clients every need. A receptionist, a standing guard service, patrol checks, alarm responses, executive protection and/or professional drivers, these are all services we provide.

With this array of services, we are confident that we can provide the utmost in security services. This all starts with our selection process of professional officers and agents.

To ensure our clients receive only the best security officers for their needs, Master at Arms Security has a rigorous selection process that all employees must go through to become a member of the TEAM.

Unlike other companies in the industry, Master at Arms Security hires Officers not Guards. It takes much more then a standard state certification to wear our uniform. We believe that by only hiring the top percentage of security professionals on the market, we can offer a much better service with much less employee turnover.

Our interview process is set up much in the way a Law Enforcement hiring panel is. During this evaluation, the panel is gauging the candidates thought process, knowledge, experience, work ethic and behavioral assessment. Our goal through this type of interview process is to provide a level of expectation for the perspective employee.

If the candidate successfully passes this section of the hiring process, they move forward into backgrounds. Our select background investigators are POST (Peace Officers Standards and Training) certified to conduct investigations into backgrounds. The investigation covers criminal history, employment history, education, Department of Motor Vehicles check and drug screening. Once the candidate’s background is completed, the candidate moves to the training phase of the process.
